Terms & Conditions

All bookings for PLG House (also known as Lefferts Gardens Residence LLC) are made in full compliance with applicable New York State and local regulations. By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree that they are physically able ad willing to walk up and down three flights of stairs multiple times per day, as the property does not have an elevator.

Guests also agree to adhere to all the house rules, including but not limited to noise limitations, occupancy limits, and check-in/check-out times. PLG House (also known as Lefferts Gardens Residence LLC) is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during stay due to failure to comply with these terms or due to misuse of the premises.

The owners and management of PLG House (also known as Lefferts Gardens Residence LLC) reserve the right to deny any booking or to require a guest to vacate the property if at any time they reasonably believe that allowing the guest to remain endangers the safety, security, or well-being of the property, its residents, or the staff. Such decisions will be mde in compliance with all applicable New York State and local laws which prohibit discrimination based on protected characteristics and require proper due process in removal where required.

By completing a booking, guests accept and assume all risks associated with their stay and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owners and management from any claims arising out of or related to their reservation.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
